President Joe Biden said "there's nothing beyond our capacity if we work together" while addressing a gathering outside the National Museum of Slavery in Luanda, Angola, on Tuesday.

The president will also announce initiatives related to global health and security cooperation, among other things, a senior administration official said.

Joe Biden is using the first visit to Angola by a U.S. president to promote Washington’s investments in the sub-Saharan African nation and see a slavery museum, where he’ll acknowledge the trafficking of humans that once linked the nations’ economies.
