Redshirt freshman Trech Kekahuna announced his intention to return to the Badgers after entering the transfer portal earlier this week.

In 2024, Kekahuna saw his role expand but struggled to find consistent opportunities behind Will Pauling. He logged 316 snaps—fifth-most among Badgers receivers—and caught 25 passes for 339 yards and two touchdowns. Pro Football Focus gave him a 66.3 offensive grade.
