A 24-year-old Escondido man died in an electrocution accident last week while installing Christmas lights, officials said. The man, identified as Antonio Pascual Mateo, was hanging lights on the roof of a home located at 2010 Skyline Drive in Escondido, the San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office said in a news release.
