HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — M. Jodi Rell, Connecticut’s second female governor who died last month at 78, was remembered Tuesday at her funeral. The public was invited to pay tribute to Rell as she lay in state before a mass of Christian burial at the Cathedral of St. Joseph on Farmington Avenue in Hartford.
