Sambhal's district administration has enforced a ban on the entry of outsiders into Sambhal until December 10, aiming to maintain law and order following violent clashes triggered by a court-ordered mosque survey.

The Sambhal district administration in Uttar Pradesh has banned the entry of outsiders till December 10, 2024. District Magistrate Rajendra Pensiya said, "No outsider, any social organization, or any public representative can enter into the borders of the district without seeking the permission of the competent authority till December 10.

In a bid to maintain peace and order in the district, the Sambhal district administration prohibited the entry of outsiders till December 10.

The Sambhal district administration has heightened security in the Shahi Jama Masjid area and has issued orders to prohibit entry of outsiders till December 10. The district administration’s orders come amidst the Samajwadi Party delegation’s move to visit the families of those affected by the violence.

A 15-member Samajwadi Party delegation planned to visit the district to gather information on the unrest after a survey at Shahi Jama Masjid.
