Inmar Intelligence's CEO, who predicted the Winston-Salem company would hit a $1 billion valuation last year, said this deal would allow it to focus on its other growing divisions.

DHL Supply Chain, the Americas leader in contract logistics, today announced the acquisition of Inmar Supply Chain Solutions, a division of Inmar Intelligence and a leading returns solutions provider for the retail e-commerce industry.

DHL Supply Chain gains 14 return centers and about 800 associates, while Inmar Intelligence retains its pharmaceutical reverse distribution business, including Rx Returns and Rx Recalls.
