The Dallas Mavericks returned home from a three-game road trip to play the New York Knicks on Wednesday night. Dallas has been dealing with an illness spreading around the team and had a few players either out or toughing it out.

Brady, for the record, sat courtside and was in town to call Thursday’s Cowboys vs. New York Giants game for Fox Sports. He attended Junipero Serra High in San Mateo, Calif., which was just across the San Francisco Bay from Kidd’s alma mater, St. Joseph Notre Dame in Alameda.

Although the New York Knicks experienced success last season, reaching the second round of the playoffs for two consecutive years, they had one void in their otherwise triumphant 2023-24 campaign. The Dallas Mavericks swept the Knicks for their 2023-24 regular-season series. The Knicks seek revenge on Wednesday as part of the ESPN primetime game.
