Coach Jim Harbaugh and the Los Angeles Chargers need to address their struggles on offense going into the final quarter of the season — and certainly before the playoffs if they get there.

Talk about having a quick impact. After being cut by the Miami Dolphins earlier in the week, veteran safety Marcus Maye was swiftly picked up by the Los Angeles Chargers. Maye's had experience in multiple defensive systems over his career, including stints with the New York Jets and New Orleans Saints.

Except for what happened Saturday in Columbus, Ohio, Michigan fans still mourn Jim Harbaugh taking the sidelines for the Los Angeles Chargers. And for good reason.
