First, we’ll start with the battle pass, and what we now know. The video showed off three of its legendary skins, one for Loki, Wolverine and Scarlet Witch aligned with the vampire theme. The battle pass will feature double the content of the season zero battle pass and will have ten new skins in total.

However, before the start of the first season, developer NetEase will take the game offline for maintenance, all the while making some crucial balance changes to the game's characters. The server downtime will take place at 7am GMT on January 10. It will run until just after 9am GMT.

The highlight of season One is undoubtedly the addition of four new characters, expanding the already-stacked roster, with the Fantastic Four entering the scene. Mister Fantastic and the Invisible Woman are joining for the start of the season on Jan. 10, with the Human Torch and The Thing joining six-to-seven weeks into the season.
